Requirements:
n B.E. in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
n At least 5 years commercial experience in web application development and architecture.
n Strong experience in at least one MVC architecture or application of the pattern.
n Direct experience using Adobe Flex building UI widgets or components.
n Direct experience with JavaScript and Ajax as well as solid skills in CSS across major browsers.
n Java skills in the application tier and familiarity with application containers.
n Must possess and demonstrate a good understanding of user interface design, usability design and user experience design.
n Must demonstrate a solid understanding of Java Web technology including Java Web Services (REST and SOAP) and experience with dealing JSON and XML documents.
n Strong commitment to delivering well-structured, well-commented and test-driven code that is easy to maintain (by junior developers)
n Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery
n Must possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong presentation and facilitation skills are required.
n Must be adaptable to agile methodology work in a fast-paced environment.
n Must demonstrate positive attitude and flexibility towards tasks on hand.
n Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
n Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
n Proven track record of producing high quality software against plans and schedules that are being met consistently
