Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

         B.E. /M.E. or equivalent in Computer Science or related technical field with good academic record.

         10+ years of software development experience (with at least 8 years of enterprise product development).

 

Minimum Requirements: Knowledge & Skills

         Architecture and design of enterprise products.

         Estimation of product features.

         Technical leadership for a team of engineers.

         Data structures, algorithms and programming basics.

         One or more object-oriented programming languages (C++, C#, Java).

         Strong problem solving ability.

         Willingness to learn new technologies.

         Good communication skills.

         UI programming (JSPs, Windows Forms) – desirable.

         Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, SQLite) - desirable.

         Communication technologies (including XML, Web Services, JMS) – desirable.

         Unix and scripting - optional.

         Windows programming - optional.
