Bachelors or Masters degree in CSE, ECE or EEE.
Willing to work non-standard business hours in order to correspond with global customers (Taiwan, Israel, UK, USA) and colleagues (USA).
Responsibilties
Lead engineering teams to design and develop high performance network protocol and security products.
Function as a delivery manager for projects of Tier 1 client companies.
Tech mentorship and training of engineering teams.
Managing client relationships.
Resource planning, project coordination and tracking schedules.
Contribute to process development.
