Required Skills:
•             Should have very good exp in Flash Development / Adobe Flash / Adobe inDesign / Adobe illustrator / Wire Frame
•             Good at web 2.0 development & expertise in ActionScript / JavaScript / Java / PHP
•             Hands on exp in Object Oriented Technologies
•             Hands on exp with rich web front end
•             Familiarity with the LAMP stack is good to have
•             Exp working on high performance sites is desirable
•             Good communication & interpersonal skills / teamwork skills
