QA Manager  for Bangalore

Job Duties
•    Manage a team of 6-12 Engineers
•    Provide management leadership to team members that span multiple concurrent projects
•    Line management of QA Engineers including performance reviews and career development
•    Create career paths for direct reports, with objectives and personal development plans
•    Provide tactical and strategic management oversight, direction, and guidance to QA team members
•    Provide resource and task management for the QA team
•    Determine QA signoff readiness within a project
•    Promote the use of effective methodologies commensurate with current company practices
•    Define ongoing continuous improvement in QA
•    General knowledge of existing test frameworks and apply knowledge when managing QA resources

Job Experience and Skills Required
•    Min 10+ years Experience in QA / Testing
•    Good understanding of software development, test and release processes
•    Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively work with global and culturally diverse groups
•    Professional, high energy, strong technical aptitude, diplomatic, decisive, strong negotiator, independent, flexible, detail-oriented, and agent of change
•    Excellent verbal/written communications, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
•    Understanding of security encryption methods like WEP/1x/WPA/WPA2 and Authentication methods like EAP-TLS/TTLS/PEAP/LEAP
